The Mosaic Project (Solana Beach Presbyterian Church Strategic Plan), called for the development of a long-term facilities Campus Master Plan (CMP) to assess our needs in alignment with the strategic direction of the church. The master planning process was to create a guiding document for the existing facilities and their enhancement for growth in the future.
The Mosaic Project also called for the recruitment and establishment of the Master Plan Task Force to implement the vision. This task force, chartered by session, is responsible for steering, monitoring and driving the effort.
