Mike McClenahan
I grew up in Glendale, California playing basketball, football and baseball. My family attended church when I was a child and I committed my life to Christ when I was 12.

Young Life was a big part of my high school years and college years as a leader.  I have three educational degrees: Bachelors in Spanish Literature from UCLA, and a Masters of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary.  My doctoral project was "Developing a Strategy for Discipling Students in Small Groups".  Amy and I were married in 1985 and Brendan and Connor were born in 1987.  We spent 13 years in northern California as Associate Pastor at Moraga Valley Presbyterian Church where I led student ministries, family ministries and evangelism.  We moved to Solana Beach Presbyterian Church in February 2003.  We love the ocean, the people, and the weather in San Diego.
