We believe that God desires all students to know him and be involved in a love relationship with him. We learn to worship God in an ongoing relationship with Jesus Christ defined by 24/7. The way this happens is through a growing transformational life that is characterized by accepting the Lordship and Salvation of Jesus Christ. We are committed to providing opportunities for students to begin a transformational relationship with Jesus.

GROW
A growing relationship with Jesus Christ is the responsibility of the student. No one can force someone else to grow as a follower of Christ. If a student desires to grow, our communities are here to help and encourage students, to give them tools and help them find answers to their questions.

CONNECT
Life can be very lonely sometimes. We work hard at making the different communities of Student Ministries places where they can make new friends, receive encouragement, and meet adults who aren't their parents and who genuinely love them and are concerned about their life.

SERVE
The best way to live a full life is to be as concerned about the needs of others as we are about our own. We take seriously Jesus' command to love our neighbor, so we provide opportunities for students to help meet people's needs, both in the local church and community.

IMPACT
We wish to see the world changed by the minds, hearts and hands of students. We want to help students understand that anything they do in Jesus' name, giving glory to God, can be a way to celebrate God, whether they're playing sports or games, hanging out with friends, or seeking out God in community.
