Description of your project: With $100 we purchased 4 pieces of furniture from Goodwill and Salvation Army…thereby helping donate to them also. We will be hand painting and donating to Floresta Banquet for their silent auction. In the past these types of pieces have gone for $150 to $350 each.

How did you come to your idea? Brainstorming and good luck with this in the past.

How did you “invest” the $100? What is left over from the furniture purchase will be spent on painting supplies.

Beneficiary(s): Floresta, Salvation Army and Goodwill

Outcomes to date: We will complete this over the summer, the auction is no until October 4th.

Stewardship Lessons learned: How to come up with an idea we can all contribute to that has the largest impact with three people in our group.
